Mary Havern is an HR and Leadership Consultant and Certified Coach who brings more than 17 years of experience to her engagements. She is a strategic thinker with diverse experience leading talent and change initiatives in large global organizations and smaller organizations on steep growth trajectories. Mary’s domain expertise includes business partnering, design and implementation of strategic talent, culture, and change initiatives. She has extensive experience working in financial services and biotech environments.

Mary integrates seamlessly with leadership teams, providing senior-level direction and support on all talent matters. Her level of experience and seniority enable her to coach key leaders on talent strategy, succession, and leading through change.

In recent years, Mary has worked with executive leadership teams across the life sciences, finance, banking, professional services, healthcare, manufacturing and e-commerce industries coaching them through critical transitions at both individual and team levels. She is also a strategic advisor to Skillcentrix, the first and only consultancy exclusively focused on the Workday Talent Lifecycle and navigating next-gen talent strategies.

Mary’s training and certifications include: a Brain-based Coaching Certificate from NeuroLeadership Institute, Hogan Assessments Certification, Design Thinking Practitioner Certification from IBM and certifications in various personal and team assessment tools such as MBTI.

She holds a BS and MBA from Boston College. Mary lives with her husband, son and daughter in Boston, MA.
