Jill Gruber supports EDC as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager, and has been with the company since 2007. 

Jill provides a variety of services to EDC and its clients, including project planning, scheduling, managing psychometric assessments, and materials production and editing. She enjoys the diversity of tasks involved in working with global companies and the interpersonal aspects of developing and maintaining high-quality client relationships at all levels of the business environment.

Jill has a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University. 

She is originally from the Midwest and currently resides in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where she enjoys outdoor activities, including biking and exploring arts fests and farmers’ markets.
