Grant Campbell

Event Producer

At an early age, Grant began tinkering in the AV world. Starting with a RadioShack DJ Mixer and two tape decks, he deejayed small parties and dances. Remember those old 8mm videos? Grant’s early entrepreneurial endeavors included charging people to transfer their old crumbling reels onto VHS.

Like many in the industry, Grant worked in hotels as an AV tech. He moved up to Director of Audio Visual at several 5 Star resorts through leveraging his natural customer service skills. As he continued to progress to more challenging areas of Staging and Project Management, he found his new life in directing crews and calling shows.

In 2002, he ventured out on his own and gained clients that he continues to work with today. Through the same customer service orientation from earlier in his career and his accommodating style, Grant helps his clients achieve lofty goals through their events. His work with many C-level executives at many of the world’s premier locations over the years has fine tuned that orientation of customer-first. He has worked across sectors including Pharma, Fashion, Financial, and Tech at events ranging from 2 to 20,000 people. Grant prides himself on surpassing client  expectations, meeting their budgets and making each event a successful one.

Grant’s suite of services includes providing, setting up, training others where needed and operating all event equipment. His background includes a broad spectrum of media, communications and clean technology solutions consulting.

Grant’s work has taken him all over the world, and he proudly embraces the title Road Warrior, having flown over four million miles with trips to over 60 countries on 5 continents (plans for the final two were postposed due to COVID).  When he is not producing world-class events, he enjoys time at home with his dog and friends and perfecting his skills in photography.

Grant explains his passion for his job by often saying the following: “Who doesn't love loud music and big images? Why would I want to do anything else other than be part of that scene? No two days are ever the same and that makes it the best part of my job!”
