Flora Taylor is an organizational development consultant, executive coach, educator and group dynamics specialist. She has helped clients to become stronger, clearer, and more empathic leaders as well as helped organizations to more accurately assess and address their challenges and opportunities for over 20 years.

A Psychologist by training, Flora runs an independent practice in West Orange, NJ that includes three domains: Organization Development Consultation, Psychotherapy, and Teaching. She provides OD Consultation (executive coaching, organizational diagnosis, DEI diagnosis, role consultation, team development) to retail, professional services, not-for-profit, educational, and healthcare organizations. Her cohort coaching includes Wharton Executive Development program, Columbia Business School Executive Masters and LVMH.  She offers psychotherapy to individual adults and supervises interns. In the educational and group work arena, Flora teaches Group Dynamics at Columbia University, the University of Pennsylvania, and at Ashoka University in Haryana, India. Flora directs Group Relations Conferences and other experiential events for academic and executive populations.

Flora received her A.B. Cum Laude in Psychology from Harvard University, and her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Fellow of the A.K. Rice Institute for the Study of Social Systems, and has published related research in the A.K. Rice Group Relations Reader III. 

Flora earned her second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, plays social tennis, and has traveled extensively. She strives to meditate daily and is an avid tea drinker.
