With keen insights into group and organizational dynamics, DeMarcus takes a collaborative, holistic and systemic approach to his work that is underpinned by the core value of client empowerment as he helps leaders find liberation from their self-limiting beliefs and patterns so that they can ultimately lead from a more authentic and expansive stance.

DeMarcus graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and received his doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in the City of New York. His doctoral research explored the personal and environmental conditions that promote workplace incivility among minority professionals.

Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee (Go Vols!), DeMarcus now resides in the suburbs of Atlanta where sweet tea, park walks, and the express lane make life a little easier.
